Belmar Beaches

Swim. Surf. Belly-board. Kayak. Build a sandcastle.
Collect shells. Fish. Explore a nature trail.

There’s something for everyone on our wide, white-sand beaches. You’ll find spots dedicated to body surfing and boogie boards, surfing, swimming and just plain having fun.

Specially equipped wheelchairs for beach access are available at the 4th Avenue Beach and the 10th Avenue Beach, site of the lifeguard station and the Belmar Tourism booth (advance reservation suggested, please call 732-280-9110).

The 17th Avenue Beach is a surfer’s delight, hosting the annual Belmar Pro and junior surfing tournaments.

Boardwalk eateries, restroom facilities and on-street parking are easily accessible along the mile-long beachfront.
